
Molly Kittler (she/her)

Molly currently serves as Marketing & Communications Manager at the Rhode Island Public Health Institute, where she leads multi-channel communications strategies focused on public health initiatives, including HIV prevention, nutrition access, and LGBTQ+ health equity. In this role, she manages brand identity, oversees media relations, develops donor communications, and executes outreach and fundraising campaigns. Her work has contributed to earned media coverage in national outlets, including The Washington Post, PBS, and The Boston Globe.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Communications, and Media from Salve Regina University and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University. She also brings experience in creative marketing strategy, public relations, hospitality event coordination, and digital engagement. Her background in communications, fundraising support, and health equity aligns strongly with Newport Pride’s mission and our continued growth.
In addition to her professional experience, Molly has demonstrated leadership as a former NCAA Division III Cross Country Team Captain and continues to support youth athletics in a coaching role, reflecting her commitment to mentorship and inclusive team culture.
